Notebooks for iPad is marketed as the one and only Notebook app you will ever need, and after playing with it for a few days it is easy to see why. The app is extremely well designed and it has been optimized very well for the iPad. This app is the iPad version of the original app that was available for the iPhone, but the iPads large screen really makes this app stand out even more than it ever did with the iPhone.
This app allows you to write, capture and organise your thoughts all on your iPad device. The app is very well set out and you can create new notebooks and edit them extremely easily. The app allows you to create hundreds of notebooks and of course you can give each of the notebooks that you create its very own title so that you can identify it later if you need to check your notes or edit it. The app has a variety of great features that will really make taking takes with your iPad device extremely easy. 
One of the best features with this app is that it allows you to export your completed notebooks to your PC or Mac, and not only does it allow you to export them, but you can also do it in many different file types. The app will allow you to export notebooks in PDF format, Excel format, RTF documents and even as a HTML document. This app really does allow you to do pretty much anything you would ever need to do.
Another great feature that the app has is that you can even select your favourite fonts and colours to write in; you can even make your notebook look fantastic by altering background colours and adding pictures into them. You can also import pages from safari to add into your note book which is a great feature if there is something on a web page that you would like to take note off but can’t be bothered to write the whole web page out by yourself. With this application you can easily create as many notebooks as you need and you can organise them easily on your iPad. If at any point you find that you device becomes too cluttered with notebooks, then you can simply export the older ones that you have completed to your PC or Mac and free up some space.
Overall, this is one of the best apps for the iPad for taking notes that we have seen. The fact that it allows you to organise your notebooks so well and offers so many features makes the app really worth getting. The app is quite expensive when compared to other notebook applications for the iPad as it costs $8.99 from the iTunes App Store. However, this application is head and shoulders above the rest and makes creating notebooks easy. It is for this reason that we feel it is well worth the money.
