These days, we live in a world where people expect packages and parcels delivered to their door almost every day and sometimes they will contain valuable items. The great thing about parcel delivery these days is that you can actually track your parcel with most companies and you can actually find out where exactly in the world it is as well as being able to find out when it is expected to be delivered. Of course, this feature has been available by phone for a while and even online on various shipping companies’ websites, however, up until now, it has not really be available for a mobile device. The Delivery Status touch, a package tracker iPad App is where this all changes as it actually allows you to track your packages and parcels in a neat app for the iPad.
There is a possibility that you might have heard of this app before as it has previously been available for the iPhone. However, as with a lot of apps for the iPhone, the small screen of the device makes it hard for the developers to set the app out how they would really like to and hard to put all the features in the app that are needed. When it comes to the iPad version of the Delivery Status Touch app, there are a few new features as well as a redesigned interface. When you first launch the app, you will notice that the app has undergone a complete makeover from the iPhone version of the app and that the app is laid out in a much easier to understand way. The app is designed extremely well and you will know exactly how to use the app as you as you actually turn on the app for the first time. The delivery methods are listed down the left hand side of the app display and the map that shows the location where you are, or the location of your package is on the right. 
One of the great features of this app is of course that you can track your parcels. This is extremely easy to do and all you have to do is to select the shipping company that your parcel was shipped with and then enter your tracking code. Once you have done this, the app will quickly get the information for your parcel and it will show you exactly where it currently is as well as when it is due to arrive. The great thing about this app is that it supports so many different shipping companies. In fact, it supports more than 25 services, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, TNT, Canada Post, City Link, Royal Mail, DPD, and many more.
Overall, this is a fantastic application for the iPad and of course the iPhone. The app is available from the iTunes app store for just $4.99 and if you are the sort of person who orders a lot of packages, this is a great app for you.
