One of the things that is huge these days is the use of social networking websites. Social networking websites have been big for a few years now and more and more of them are popping up each day. These days, it is things like Twitter and Facebook that are the big players and with many people looking to use the websites as often as they like and wherever they currently are, there have been a lot of apps released for many of the mobile devices that will allow you to use them wherever you are. If you were looking to use Facebook on the iPhone, there was a Facebook app that was made especially for the device, however, with the iPad, there has been no such app made up until now. As far as iPad Apps go, Friendly – Facebook Browser for the iPad is one of the best ways to use Facebook on the ipad and it has some pretty cool features.
When you first get the app, the first thing that you will probably notice is just how great the app looks. The app has been designed quite a lot like the actual Facebook website and it uses the same colour scheme as the iPhone app. This really makes the app look great and you will feel at home with the app. The app features a menu at the top of the application that will allow you to select hat you want to view as well as a search bar just below it in case you need to search for any particular friend or group etc. Below that the news feed will be displayed and this can be altered to show whatever you need. The app is extremely responsive and it really makes using Facebook on your ipad an easy thing to do. 
When it comes to the features of the app, it has everything that you would expect from it, plus a lot more. The app will allow you to read and comment on anything in your news feed, much like the iPhone app, as well as read messages from your inbox, update your status and many of the other standard Facebook features. One of the best features that the app has however is YouTube integration. This means that any YouTube videos that are posted in Facebook can actually be viewed within the app without it having to exit the app and send you to Safari. The app also has a great way for you to look at any photos on Facebook and they are presented a lot like they are on the Mac computers in iPhoto, which makes for a great photo browsing experience on the app.
Overall, this is one of the best Facebook apps we’ve seen out there for almost any device and in our opinion, it certainly beats the Facebook iPhone app. The app is priced at $4.99 in the app store but considering the ease of use, it is well worth it.
